He started his career as a tester for more than fifteen years ago, later he fulfilled Test Coordinator, Test Manager, Test Consultant and Team Leader positions and gained significant knowledge and experience in several multi-national testing projects.
In 2007 he was responsible for building up an independent Indonesian test department from scratch in line with industry best-practice, in 2008 to create the very first Hungarian accredited ISTQB CTFL training material and in 2010 to establish a Test Competence Center at Lufthansa Systems Hungária in a frame of an organizational development project.
He is interested not only in testing but in neighbouring disciplines such as quality, knowledge, requirement and project management, business analysis, process improvement and strategic planning and he has deep interest in Test Management and test process improvement (using TMMi and TPI Next methodologies).
Parallel to his professional duties he is a trainer of Advanced Test Management (CTAL-TM), Foundation of testing (CTFL) and Requirements Engineering (IREB CPRE) and an active voting member of the Hungarian Testing Board.
